Most car companies will give you bumper to bumper coverage. If it was bumper to bumper, it would (although it never truly does) cover everything, and in my mind, salt water is under the designation of everything.

So, you won't have to wear a scuba suit or anything like that.

Who in their right mind would take a car (even if it is an underwater car) underwater with the top down?!?!?! Nice Lotus Elise tho...

I thought that was a little strange too. That would be inconvenient to have to wear a SCUBA mask and (optional) wet suit or swimming suit when you drove it. But what type of people would need to drive in the water anyway. It is cool, though.

well i think it would make it harder to dive since there would be air left in it and you would have to isolate everything sothat no water could get in...

in not an expert on this but wouldt it be better to put a roof on the car so your clothes stay dry and not soaked so you dont get a cold by driving with 80 miles per hour?
